Enhancing User Experience through Artificial Intelligence: An Algorithmic Exploration

Abstract

This systematic literature review investigated the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms in enhancing user experiences across various domains. The study identified, evaluated, and interpreted relevant research articles exploring the application of AI to improve user experiences. The research questions addressed were: (1) What AI algorithms are used to enhance user experience in various domains? and (2) How effectively are these AI algorithms improving user experience? The review revealed various AI algorithms, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Support Vector Machines, Artificial Neural Networks, and more, employed in healthcare, education, transportation, smart cities, and other domains to enhance user experiences. The findings highlighted the positive impact of AI algorithms on user satisfaction and efficiency, emphasizing the need for ethical considerations and ongoing collaborations between academia and industry to further optimize AI for user experience.
