This is the Volume 7 of the Southeast Asian Journal of Science and Technology, highlighting research in education, social sciences, business, and community development. The volume includes studies on factors affecting purchase intentions for local products such as nipa, the effectiveness of extension programs in higher education, and coping strategies in blended learning, emphasizing self-regulation, social support, and time management among teacher education students. Other contributions examine the impact of international pre-service teacher training on personal qualities and teaching competencies, the effects of implementing an English-only policy in classrooms, and the influence of AI chatbots on BSE students’ writing skills. Additional research focuses on information literacy competencies of pre-service teachers, utilization of flexible learning systems in teaching physical education, and market analysis and consumer preferences for porridge stalls in Bayambang, Pangasinan.
